Abstract:
In this article it is stated the necessity of intercultural competences training at the secondary level students and teachers' training from the perspective of moderator and modeler of intercultural communication, that is referred to the promotion of democratic citizenship and use of knowledge, skills, values and necessary attitudes, necessary for the observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
