Abstract:
The principle of the school is an important person. If the school is an innovative,vibrant one, if the pupils are efficiently realized – all these things will bring plus points to the principle and the key to success. The „Leadership” can be treated as a set of powers: technique, human, educative, symbolic and cultural. A principle tends to „read” the culture of the school, to be able to decide in what way and how to change it. „To read” the culture of the school for a principle means to use the following forms: observation, listening, interpretation, perception, intuition - the realization of the personal audit in a word.It will be never forgotten that the past is the key to the future.
