Abstract:
The formation of psycho-pedagogical competence of student is essențial one, for identifing and improving professional skills. It determines the efficiency of educational process, ensuring optimal level of working of themselves.Such psycho-pedagogical competence help the learner to change their, cognition and behavior, to manage emotions, and ensuring integration and training. Becouse in the schools of the Republic of Moldova there are meny problemes wich needs intervations.
