dc.description.abstract Teaching profession involve a series responsibilities, roles, desiderata, qualities, competent which makes it to distinguish many other professions whose ,,object” labour is man. Professional activity, teachers are in situation to communicate and listen. In many cases making it much easier to communicate and complicated listen; listen and do not hear. Active listening as a subcomponent efficient commu environment. For these reasons we exposed in this research the importance of active listening and ways for its development. en_US
