Teachers' professional components are determined by intellectual skills too, both in the general intellectual development and the verbal intellect, which increase with the passage from one stage to another of higher education. The level of intellectual skills development along with the professional ones form the teachers stereotype. So externalization intellectual skills in training structure, necessary qualities of a teacher, certifies that the teaching profession asks professional and personality training for a long period of time. |
