Abstract

The author of the article refers to the work of the famous poet of the 20th century Vladimir Visotsky. The author considers folklore elements in the multyvarious poetry of Vysotsky. A poet, a singer, an actor, he always touched on the topics interesting for any people. Being very proficient in Russian folclore, Vysotsky offten used many folklore images and motives in his poems. The article gives many examples of such use. These examples are represented by proverbs, fairytales, ballads, and other. Disprite the fact that during the life of the poet his works were not printed, his poetry becom nowadays.
