Abstract:
In this article we expose some evolution aspects of political communication and the changes that took place in the political culture in the context of the evolution of information and communication technologies. The study of political communication as a modern science must be seen from the perspective of democratization, the development of cybernetic theory, the emergence and use of new technologies and communication systems.
