Abstract:
It is a known fact that people have an innate power to stay alive, to give birth and to create better conditions for themselves. However, human beings sometimes act contrary to this movement. One of such confusing behaviour is self-destructive behaviour which is a deliberate physical injury to one`s body. Self-destructive behaviours are a set of abnormal behaviours that leads to physical injuries which can causes even death. Numerous studies established that self-destructive behaviour can be expressed in various ways: auto-mutilation, unprotected premature sexual activities, and smoking, drinking alcohol, participation in violent groups, intentional injuries and impropriated alimentation.
