Abstract

There are identified the stages of the Research Project, theoretical and applicative premises, axiological and procedural components of the electronic concept based Educational teacher training program from the perspective of professional development competencies of teachers and managers, there are developed the significance of didactical competencies and their implicative methodology with technological abilities, using Informational Technologies in the process of ongoing training.
