Abstract:
The impact of new Informational Technologies, Descentralization Phenomenon and the Need to Reorganize led to higher demand for Informational Systems and Information provided by the Informational Systems for management and at the level of Directors of Undergraduate Educational Institutions that form the basis of decisions taken by the School Management.
