Abstract:
The article contains a theoretical study of the school organizational culture at a time of changes in the educational system. It is noted that the process of changing and developing of the school organizational culture requires a leadership and management style that facilitates the development of constructive policies, systems and structures that support the continued development of the school. The education system of the educational institution, based on a healthy organizational culture, needs to be continually transformed to connect it to the demands of society that are changing at an increasingly dynamic pace.
