Abstract:
Social pedagogue works in a very diverse labor market, from health to educational environments, from public institutions to private ones. The activity of social pedagogue has in view helping all children in their general development in order to succeed in daily life. Using in practice the principles of nonviolent communication (NVC) helps social pedagogues to have more efficient relations with beneficiaries, to identify better children' needs and to contribute at social inclusion by promoting nonviolent values. That is why in this article we try to present the essence and principles of NVC, needed in the relation of social pedagogue with the beneficiary. Applying this model gives social pedagogues technics for developing abilities of nonviolent communication.
