Abstract:
It seems obvious to communicate, persuading someone to do something, but during the interaction it is more and more difficult to manage conflict situations, listening to someone without passing judgments, persuading them to express their emotions and share their feelings. In particular, communicating necessarily involves intervening in order to change the state of affairs for the other (even if it's just his information) and to act on others (that is, on his system of representations). The concepts of persuasion, manipulation and conflict have been studied over time from various perspectives, which has led to a significant development and will be referred to in this article.
