Abstract:
Juvenile deviance is a social issue of particular relevance, all the more so since the policy of educational institutions and social courts today prove their limitations and weaknesses, generating more negative effects than ever before, some of them being found at the level delinquent acts committed by minors and young people from different backgrounds. The deviant behaviors of individuals and, above all, the explicative behavior of young people are considered to be primarily the expression of educational and socializing dysfunctions of family, school, but also of other institutions such as the media, the church, or the factors negative socialization, such as the street group.
