Abstract:
In the context of the new approaches of the education and training of the pupils with special educational needs, the need to form a work culture, as a necessary condition for personal and professional self-realization, is felt. The content of this article concerns the pedagogical Model of work culture formation in students with special needs that comprises the specificity and the importance of technological education in auxiliary schools, in accordance to the general phases of mental process formation and their correlation with the stages of work capacities formation in students with mental disabilities, valorization the working culture principles and respecting the necessary psycho-pedagogical conditions, implementation of the specific technology of work culture formation in students with special needs.
