Abstract:
Society has changed a lot. Globalization and information technologies have allowed people to interact in new and exciting ways. Individuals of such a society must be creative people who need to have increased mobility and be highly adaptable so that they can keep up with the rapid changes characteristic of postmodern society. And the education targets the complex process of formation and development by improving the performance of each student. In this context, it is important that the professional development of teachers in all cycles of education is high quality, especially in primary education, where the pupils' learning is based and the student's attitude is formed.
