Abstract:
Fairness in communicative behavior creates a positive self-image, which is reflected immediately in the effectiveness of the actions we take to establish relationships with those around us. Social and professional integration is the set of activities that rookie teacher must sometimes undergo towards changes in their communicative behavior or in learning certain techniques and communication strategies to adapt effectively to the environment. This requires the development of debutant teachers' capacity to respond to the professional environment demands against its own professional development requirements and requires knowledge of specific elements of communicative behavior.
