Abilităţi de relaţionare ale pedagogului social necesare pentru asigurarea eficientă a serviciilor educaţionale

Abstract

In this article, we intend to clear up the relationing abilities of social pedagogue, which are on the basis of formation the relationing competence with beneficiaries. According to specialty literature, relationing competence represents a set of abilities that define interactional facility and capacity to maintain relations relatively equilibrated with a collocutor, and abilities can be defined as capacities to apply and use knowledge to accomplish tasks and to solve practical problems.
