Abstract:
The content of this paper focuses on parent – teacher relationships. Preschool education represent the base in forming the child's personality. And the presence of family in the kindergarten will be the link between the child and the unknown environment. Family – kindergarten partnership and actions that they perform leads to the training of child for adult life. The building correctly partnership between families and early childhood staff leads to a good education, without risk of school failure later. In this way, the paper is designed to provide characteristics of effective partnerships.
