| dc.description.abstract | Parascovia Popa- Donoy (born on the 29th of February, 1972) has studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of Kishinev State Pedagogical University by the name of Ion Creanga for 1991-1996. Among other students she was distinguished by her graduate work in the genre of sculpture created under the direction of the teacher Ion Zderchuk who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) in the class of Professor Benjamin Pinchuk. It was at the faculty where the student Parascovia Popa- Donoy got the first skills in the genre of sculpture as modeling and construction of the composition. Also she has enjoyed world masterpieces in the classroom of art history. She was trained by the best masters as Tudor Cataraga and Andrei Sirbu. Being a good pupil she creates original images, her sculptures are manifestation of the conceptualism. | en_US |
