Abstract:
Heidegger interprets freedom through transcendence - the ability to overcome the immediate and translates each time in a different horizon. Freedom-transcendence is achieved in three phases - founding, acquiring firm ground and legitimacy. The first manifests itself in anticipation of the design world and themselves; second - as an avoidance of some of the possibilities; third priori implies situating the truth of who and legitimize the election itself.
