Abstract:
The aim of the economics from the antiquity up to the classics of the economic science was the wealth of the society. But with the development of the economic science the focus gradually changes towards the human being, which in the economic theory advanced from the personal factor to the widely used notion of the human capital. The new economic approaches, being analyzed and assessed through the theory of the human capital, led to the appearance of the investigations of the correlation between the education and adaptation of the manpower and the economic growth through durable development. Contemporary world returns to the real aim of the human society and the economic – the human being, the insurance of the welfare and its safety both on the individual and social level.
