Abstract:
The social and professional integration of people with functional disorders is at the heart of many
analyzes, the realization of this desideratum being deeply humanistic. The recovery and social inclusion of
people with cerebral stroke is not only the obligation of the medical network but of society too, through a
network of organizations and institutions, and it must ensure the continuity of this process. Integration takes
place at several levels: physical, functional, psychic, psychosocial, family, professional and social. The
assessment of the functional rest of people with cerebral stroke must be complex and include both
psychological and behavioral integrity and ergonomic requirements related to the professional activity profile
that people are going to carry out.

Integrarea socială şi a persoanelor cu tulburări ale funcţionalităţii este în centrul multor analize,
realizarea acestui deziderat fiind de esenţă profund umanistă. Recuperarea şi incluziunea socială a persoanelor
cu ictus cerebral suportat nu revine numai reţelei medicale, ci revine societăţii printr-o reţea de organisme şi
instituţii şi trebuie să asigure continuitatea acestui proces. Integrarea se realizează la mai multe niveluri: fizic,
funcţional, psihic, psihosocial, familial, profesional şi social. Pentru aceasta este nevoie de evaluarea
complexa a restantului funcţional al persoanelor cu ictus cerebral suportat, care să includă, în egală măsură,
integritatea psihică şi comportamentală, precum şi cerinţele ergonomice legate de profilul activităţii
profesionale, pe care persoanele urmează să o desfăşoare.
