Abstract:
Article describes development of partnership of civil society with the state, formation of various mechanisms and platforms for cooperation of the state institutes with non-governmental organizations, positive effect from this cooperation. Nevertheless, the author opens also some negative phenomena which in the long term, can create serious problems for the Moldavian political system
