dc.description.abstract In this article we tried to show some aspects of educational techniques like praise and punishment in educational process. How we would educate our child is the question that everybody will confront in the moment when you became a parent. Which is the best to praise or to punish our child? Constructive Compliments and punishments that children has chosen: - Let him be more interested by some new experiences(independence and responsibilities); - To encourage good mood; - Develop self-esteem; - Develop confidence in their own strengths; Praise and punishment techniques need to be used in intelligent way. It is important how we are educating our children and what kind of ideas we are inspire them with, when they are young. If we will use this method in abusive way, after time, when they will grow up, they will not have proper aims and principles, but will try to evade a punishment or all the time to being praised, because they was educated that way. en_US
