Abstract

The purpose of researched subject is practical application of the edited corpora and collections of documents and unpublisched documents from the funds 2, 4 and 75 of the National Archives of Republic of Moldova and the Archives of Odessa (Ukraine). The value of researches thesw documents is that they fill some existent gaps in creating a complete and clear picture of the history of Chisinau administration in a difficult period as the modern one
