Abstract:
The students are part of a specially constituted social group, which involves the instructive-educational process, in order to achieve a good integration into society. A group of students represents a formal social group that encompasses roles and responsibilities that aim to fulfill the common goals of the group. The group of students is a working group that involves the existence of objectives, the establishment of relationships between students and last but not least, the creation of links with the leader, namely with the teacher. Its main purpose is to accumulate cognitive experience through the learning process for each individual. The main activity of the members of the educational group is learning, considered to be a form of work, the teacher being the organizer, the leader, the one who transmits knowledge to the students. At the same time, the group of students constitutes a social reality, holds a particularly important role in the individual development of the student, representing a special environment of socialization and social inclusion, facilitating the transmission of the values of a society, giving the person security, different forms of affirmation and, last but not least, the possibility of responding to the associative needs but also of belonging of the human being.
