Abstract:
The article emphasizes the importance of mentoring as a continuous learning process that supports the professional development of teachers, especially novice teachers. The mentor, through his experience and knowledge, plays a crucial role in guiding teachers, providing them with support in adapting to the specifics of the institution, managing groUniversitatea Pedagogică de Stat and applying effective teaching strategies. It also describes the advantages of mentoring, which include developing pedagogical skills, improving interpersonal relationships between teachers and children, as well as stimulating a positive educational climate. In addition, the role of the mentor in promoting an innovative and sustainable learning environment that allows teachers to constantly evolve and adapt to new educational requirements is emphasized.
