Abstract:
In this article, we have presented the results of an experimental study conducted in the country, on the visions of school psychologists regarding the emotional development of students from the perspective of well-being in school. In this context, we have listed some research by scholars from different countries with reference to the emotional development of children and students. Through the research promoted by us at national level, school psychologists have identified the impact of the emotional development of educational actors on the well-being in modern school, have highlighted the major emotional problems of primary, middle and high school pupils. Emotional management and lack of emotional support from parents are the most common problems in the emotional development of students in all school cycles, identified by school psychologists. At the same time, psychologists from the school mentioned his professional training preferences for certain psychological areas that he considers important and which significantly influence the creation of well-being in school.
