Abstract:
Emotional intelligence and emotional culture represent a preponderance in the professional training of teachers, being an important reference system in the development, integration and consolidation of professional skills and especially emotional skills. The presence of emotional intelligence and emotional culture determines the depth and foundation of the affective integrity of teaching staff, including emotional, intellectual and regulatory constituents, converted into the process of achieving professional goals and personal aspirations. At the same time, emotional intelligence and emotional culture ensure good functionality of behavioral skills at the level of self regulation constructs and interpersonal relationships established by teachers. The level of emotional intelligence development indicates the descriptors of performance in educational activity and professional skills.
