Abstract:
The merit of this article lies in problematizing and highlighting the importance of preserving academic traditions and values in the age of digitization. The current context requires a rethinking and a reset of the approach to the educational approach by not renouncing everything that is traditional, but resizing the aspects that bring added value to education. One of the contemporary challenges, which has obviously increased, is the ability of the teacher to integrate and value, from a didactic, formative and interactional point of view, the new means of information and communication. That is why training, coaching and monitoring the process of adapting to the digital age has become a natural process in the educational world.
