Abstract:
The article reflects a relevant topic, increasingly circulated in the literature in the field, related to the professional development of teaching staff. This dimension is both a consequence and a result of innovation. Trying new practices allows teachers to pause for a moment and reflect on their teaching practices. Whether their attempts prove successful or not, this gives them the opportunity to strive to improve their teaching practices. Innovation also comes from realizing the advantages of developing their teaching practices, whether this happens through the acquisition of new knowledge during formal training, discussion, peer observation or in any other way.
