Abstract:
The article describes school performance and the teacher's role in achieving student performance. Thus, the teacher's implications in ensuring school performance cannot have a sporadic and intermittent character, but a planned and strategic character. The class of students represents an organizational environment faithful enough to successfully transpose the lecture ideas in the school space, conditioning the achievement of the students' performances.
