Abstract:
In this article I referred to educational communication, side oh fuman communication, one resources of the instructional-aducational process with a major influence on school success. Education and communication have a direct link, education being a field par excellence based on communication. To educate means to transmit, to communicate information and knowledge,which, later, will constitute an important press for the succes and integration in society, and human communication is an active process of identifying, establishing and maintaining social contacts. The purpose of communication in school is not limited to academic succes, but pursues human success, in all time of life.
