Abstract:
In this article, the importance of the application of various forms of organization of didactic activity in the formation of mathematical skills in primary school students was addressed. In order to make the educational process more efficient in mathematics lessons, it is advisable to diversify the forms of organization of the didactic activity. Their choice is made depending on the objectives pursued, the curricular contents, the age and individual characteristics of the students, the degree of endowment with teaching aids, the way the activity will be evaluated, the pedagogical mastery of the teaching staff, etc. The harmonious combination of the three basic forms of activity is the key to a successful educational process, contributing to the development of cooperation and communication skills, to stimulating mutual learning, activating and empowering students, motivating learning. The role of the teacher consists in the successful choice of the form of training organization and the appropriate teaching-learningevaluation methods, with the ultimate goal of achieving the curricular goals and the formation of mathematical skills. The forms of organization of the educational process are a component of the instructional strategies. The improvement of the educational process requires the creation of an organizational framework conducive to the achievement of the established educational objectives. This action is carried out by: diversifying the forms of organization of the activity within the lesson which continues to represent the basic organizational form and increasing the weight of other forms of organization of the educational process such as: excursions, visits, field activities, practical activities, etc. In order to organize the effective educational process, it is necessary to optimally combine, according to the objectives pursued, hree main forms of didactic activity.
