Abstract:
The article addresses the relationship between research and education, or pedagogical research is a determining factor of innovations, of improvements occurring in education, in education as a whole. In this context, the purpose of pedagogical research is to discover ways to modernize educational action. The main benchmark of pedagogical research is the reflection on knowledge or the adoption of the new as new. The specificity of pedagogical research as a rule of modernization consists in the fact that it must have a prospective character and be continuously ameliorative. Modernization involves the reorganization of universities so that they are strongly focused on research, promoting the cumulative development of performances in education and research, so that the new symbolic of pedagogical research is applied cognitive production.
