Abstract:
Due to the social and economic changes, the interest of researching the social behaviour remains to be in progress. The society requests flexible, outgoing people who are able to solve constructivelly all the difficulties. In this article are presented the results of an investigation, which had the purpose to identify the role of gender factor on the manifestation of social behaviour at primary school pupils. The experiment consisted from three classical stages: observation, training and the control. At the observation stage, was used the Questionnaire which determines the pupil`s social competences (by G.M. Bespalova, O.Yu. Chmyr, N.M. Formago) and the Observational Method. The obtained results emphasized both gender similarities and differences for the researched indicators. The formative program focused on the formation of social skills, such as cooperation under stressed situations, of assimilation adhering to the group rules, of empathy manifestation, compassion in the group, enterprise, etc. The obtained differences after the validation of the program, proved its efficiency, and the proposed recommendations can be useful for the specialists of this field in order to facilitate the formation of social behaviour.
