Abstract:
The given article represents a detailed analysis of the concepts underlying the EPS study subject with the aim of determining the importance of this study object for the development of competences for democratic culture. The primary role is to address various social, cultural, personal topics, etc. which aim to help young people to be aware of the importance of respecting human rights. Based on the promotion of non-formal education, we offer students a new teaching-learning perspective in which their needs are listened to, understood and solved. In this way, we show young people that they are important and that their views are heard.
