Abstract:
The content of the article reflects relevant theoretical models of the concept of emotional literacy discovered in the specialized literature. The synthesis of the targeted models allows us to conclude about the socioaffective skills that determine the degree of emotional literacy: the awareness of one's own emotional experiences, the ability to understand, express and respond to the emotional reactions of others, the ability to monitor one's own emotional energy, the ability to discriminate and effectively use information generated by emotional experiences, guide one's actions through emotional involvement, the ability to approach emotional difficulties constructively, the ability to identify and express emotions, the ability to self-regulate emotions and channel emotional energy into activity, the ability to recognize one's own and others' emotions, the ability to react appropriately, social abilities and character traits.
