Abstract:
This paper presents data on the change in cardiovascular indices (FHC, SBP, DBP) and functional tests of the respiratory system in students with different types of diurnal rhythm. It was established that the values of cardiovascular parameters in students with different types of diurnal rhythmicity oscillate throughout the day, and a direct correlation between the type of rhythmicity and the period of the day is observed only in people with the evening type in the evening hours. The values of the respiratory parameters are also influenced by the diurnal rhythm, being higher in people with evening and indifferent rhythmicity types in the evening hours.
