Abstract:
The Article briefly presents the activity organization of the university library oriented toward the implementation of the goals from the perspective of the Development Strategies for the process of education, research and continuous training process, the vital role between user and information: combining traditional services with electronic ones; tools and access ways based on the new technologies. The article reflects the culture and personal development. The changes in the common model of reading; reader preferences from print to electronic and online sources.
