Abstract:
Inclusion of children with Complex Educational Needs (CES) in preschool education is an important and topical subject. Children with CES may have a variety of educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, or mental health problems. In this sense, preschool teachers must be prepared to provide additional and personalized support for each child with CES, so they can be effectively included in the learning process. These children may be more sensitive to stimuli and new situations, which can lead to anxiety and fear. To help these children feel safe, teachers must create a safe and comfortable environment in the preschool class and offer additional opportunities to become familiar with the learning environment. It is also important to provide positive feedback and emotional support during times of anxiety or fear.
