The paper emphasized the importance of territorial cooperation for modern conditions of travel industry development. The paper considered modern mechanism of ef ective intermunicipal interaction being a conceptual basis of cooperation in tourism. The author present the results of tourism municipal programs analysis for Russian Priazovye districts and of ered interaction vectors by types of tourism activity.
