Abstract:
The article is based on the inter and transdisciplinary approach of sodium chloride in chemistry classes, that can be very useful for students, as it can help them better understand the chemical properties of table salt and its impact on food and the human body. Firstly, through the interdisciplinary approach, students can learn how to integrate their knowledge of chemistry with that of biology and physiology to better understand how table salt affects the human body. Secondly, through the transdisciplinary approach, students can learn how to apply their knowledge of chemistry in various fields, such as the food industry, medicine, and environmental protection. They could explore the role of table salt in food preservation and preparation, as well as its use in medical treatments and the impact of salt waste on the environment. Overall, the inter and transdisciplinary approach to studying sodium chloride in chemistry classes can help students develop a more comprehensive understanding of this important chemical compound and its various applications in the world around us.
