Abstract:
E-learning platforms are one of the current and important topics in order to improve the study process. In the current post-pandemic situation, the major issues are on the determination of the problem of efficient and rational use of resources. Clearly, the work and the virtual space in this regard are taking shape especially following the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, where a major need for e-transformation has arisen. In this regard, in the current situation, the post-pandemic trends are focused on a technological, financial cooperation and coordination of the policies necessary to overcome the pandemic shock, but also the development of digital skills and infrastructure in any field, also in the educational system. The paper presents an analytical study of how to place OERs on the virtual space and how to rationally use it. In this context, the paper contains a brief analysis and synthesis of the questionnaire that was applied to the teaching staff of the TVET in the Republic of Moldova on the topic of rational use of OERs on the virtual space.
