Conţinutul de proteine şi carbohidraţi în biomasa levurilor după un an de conservare în prezenţa extractelor policomponente din spirulina

Abstract

The research presented in this article consisted in obtaining of polycomponent extracts from spirulina biomass and their use as a protective agent against osmotic and thermal shocks in the freeze-drying process of yeast strains. After one year of storage in a lyophilized state, the influence of the bioactive extracts from spirulina on the biochemical indices, of which the content of proteins and carbohydrates, in the yeast biomass, was established.
