Strategii de stimulare a motivaţiei elevilor la orele de chimie

Abstract

An essential factor for success in any field of activity is motivation. This is becoming an important source for optimizing the teaching process, a challenge for all educational participants: students, teachers, parents. New approaches in chemistry teaching promote student-centered learning and personal development, which in its turn contribute to the qualitative learning. We often see a lack of interest in most students while learning chemistry or insufficient motivation to perform on the lesson. In his paper he examines the strategies and methods of stimulating students' motivation. Currently, by using motivational methods, we can open the way for students to learn more about the subject of chemistry.
