Abstract:
In the article are analyzed ideas about the concept of personal development. Teacher in this personal evolution represents the person with the characteristics: efficient, proactive, valuable personality. And the continuous personal development of the teacher represents the path to the style of professionalism through the qualitative dimensions of becoming a person and action. Self-fulfillment of personal needs will create conditions for the development of the efficient personality of the teacher, capable of qualitative involvement in the educational process.
