Abstract:
Globalization, technologies, labor market dynamics, immigration affects educational space. The teacher ‘s profession is not among the most requested, but also not among the most avoided. An intellectual profession, a respected one, does not distribute power or higher income and the vocation is one of the most important reasons in choosing it. The motivation for work is essential in developing and functionality of educational system. In order to study the motivation of teacher from educational field we realized an experimental research. As result we established that the level of motivation at teachers depends on environment of origin and teachings stage of work.
