Abstract:
The young school age (6-10 years) is an important stage in the formation of children both from cognitive and motor point of view, when the child begins to form his personal learning styles. The child is easily educated in reading and writing skills, being the most favorable stage for the development of psychomotor (mind – body) and emotional, expressed and developed through movement games, which can lead to the development of psychomotor skills, of emotional regulation. It is also essential to be aware of self-image, states, feelings thoughts and various physical sensations, emotions and feelings, of the perception of one's own body states – aspects also found in the concept of mindfulness.
